El día 18 de Septiembre a las 19:30 hrs. se realizará el estreno mundial de la obra Fanfare Europa (2008) del compositor norteamericano Michael Cortes; el estreno corre a cargo del UNT Symphonic Band, bajo la dirección del maestro Dennis W. Fisher, y tiene como solista a la organista Laura Carrasco.
Así mismo, este evento marca la inauguración del nuevo órgano tubular Ardoin-Voertman del constructor H. Wolff. La sede del concierto es la Winspear Performance Hall de la Murchison Performing Arts Center en el estado de Tejas (EEUU).
On September 18th at 7:30 PM will take place the world premiere of the work Fanfare Europa (2008) by composer Michael Cortes; the premiere will be performed by the UNT Symphonic Band, conducted by Dennis W. Fisher, featuring the organist Laura Carrasco as soloist.
This event also marks the first public performance of the new Ardoin-Voertman pipe organ constructed by H. Wolff. The concert is presented at the Winspear Performance Hall of the Murchison Performing Arts Center in Texas (USA).
