El violinista Ludwig Carrasco se presentará como invitado del Ensamble Nuevo de México el próximo día 22 de Mayo dentro del ciclo El íntimo decoro (Música de cámara) que organiza el Instituto Nacional de Bellas Artes. Ludwig Carrasco realizará, junto con el flautista Wilfrido Terrazas y el pianista Miguel Salmón del Real, el estreno mundial de la obra Lacrymosa II del compositor mexicano afincado en Italia Javier Torres Maldonado; dicha obra esta dedicada a la memoria del violista Omar Hernández Hidalgo. Así mismo, Ludwig Carrasco participará al lado del ENM en la interpretación de obras de Enrico Chapela, Marcela Rodríguez, Carlos Sánchez-Gutiérrez, Guillermo de Mendía, Aurelio Tello, Alejandro Castaños, Miguel Salmón del Real, Jorge Vidales, Leonardo Coral, Felipe Pérez Santiago, y Eduardo Gamboa, además de realizar los estrenos de composiciones de Sergio Cano, Charles Daniels, Alexis Aranda, Ignacio Baca Lobera, Jorge Dájer, Francisco Cortés, Alejandro Casales, Juan Cristóbal Cerrillo, Andrés Franco Medina-Mora, y Antonio Navarro.
En este concierto también participa Irene Carrasco, cellista del Trío Morelia, quien es asidua colaboradora del Ensamble Nuevo de México. El evento tiene lugar a las 17 hs. en la Sala Ponce del Palacio de Bellas Artes de la Ciudad de México.
Violinist Ludwig Carrasco will perform as guest artist of the Ensamble Nuevo de México on May 22nd in the concert cycle "El íntimo decoro¨ organized by the Instituto Nacional de Bellas Artes. Ludwig Carrasco will premiere, along with flutist Wilfrido Terrazas and pianist Miguel Salmón del Real, the work Lacrymosa II by the Mexican composer Javier Torres Maldonado, who is currently living in Italy; this composition is dedicated to the memory of violist Omar Hernández Hidalgo.
